Sell one item or 200 items, either way you will see the returns.

Your Kit will have a selection of different styles, a full size range from Small-XXXL and ONE SIZE items, all necessary stationary, Recommended retail price list (for Sales Rep reference only) and a carry box for all your garments.

We will send you your sales kit promptly to give you a head start at showing off your beautiful range of lingerie to your friends.

Customer Orders & Adding to your Sales Kit

Customer Orders:
Send in your orders plus via Email or invoices by regular post mail (Email will ensure faster delivery).

Payments:
We will send you an invoice showing two amounts. One is a total 'Retail Value Amount' inclusive of postage fees and the second will show 'Sales Rep Amount', which you send to us. You can refer to your price list to calculate how much you will earn on your sales.

Upon payment by your customers, send in your balance of the total shown on the invoice. Either through the mail (AUSTRALIA REPS: Post office Money Orders Only. INTERNATIONAL REPS Western Union or through the website).
Only when we have received your payment we will then dispatch your order to you and you can then deliver them to your customers.

Adding to your Sales Kit
As your customer base grows and you are selling more, you will want to add to you Sales Kit. We will recommend "Hot Sellers", "Discounted Items" and other specials to you to help with sales to your customers.

Returns

For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will EXCHANGE the garments providing that:

- The garment is returned to the Sales Rep within 7 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled (eg. Nicks and pulls in the fabric)
- The garment has not been altered by you or the customer in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer an exchange for another item of the customer's choice for the same value.

To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service department by email where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem.

 
Please note: When purchasing underwear, pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

All garments are manually checked so that you receive a product without faults.

*Please remember to advise your customers:
- Wear a liner when trying on lingerie bottoms or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

- Do not wear Jewellery i.e. necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets etc as any nicks and pulls or any other damage done will not be accepted for returns.
